'Pokémon TCG Pocket' Unveils 'Eevee Grove' Expansion With Over 100 New Cards: Here Come the Eeveelutions

Now this is the new challenge for Eevee lovers? Which Eeveelution will you choose?

The "Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket" is about to release another expansion: The "Eevee Grove" on June 25 at 11:00 PM PST (June 26, 2:00 PM SGT). The release, which was announced through Pokémon's public social media channels, made fans curious about the new Eeveelution cards.

This expansion is on the heels of the popular "Extradimensional Crisis." As we say goodbye to the Ultra Beasts, we are warmly welcoming the cute Eevee cards next week.

More Than 100 New Cards Starring Eevee and Its Evolutions

The "Eevee Grove" expansion's crown jewel is the introduction of more than 100 new collectible cards, with special emphasis on the whole Eevee family. Expect stunningly illustrated cards of Eevee's legendary evolutions, including:

  • Vaporeon
  • Jolteon
  • Flareon Ex
  • Espeon
  • Umbreon
  • Leafeon
  • Glaceon
  • Sylveon Ex

But it doesn't end there. Other popular fan-favorite Pokémon such as Swirlix, Alcremie, and Milcery are also in the set to add to the dreamy, ethereal theme of the grove.

New Trainer cards will be included in the expansion, including a special edition with Penny, complete with her signature Eevee-themed bag.

New Display Boards and Binder Covers

To further upgrade the collector's experience, "Eevee Grove" presents special merchandise, such as a themed display board and a special binder cover, both featuring beautiful visuals to go along with the new card designs.

The accessories will enable players to proudly display their latest additions as they figure out the new meta for the upcoming expansion.

The expansion trailer gives us a glimpse at these physical and digital bonuses, hyping up a new visual style and slimmed-down UI enhancements for the mobile TCG game.

Pokémon TCG Pocket Keeps the Momentum Alive

From the moment it launched in October, "Pokémon TCG Pocket" has consistently dropped quality expansions that keep the cycle of play interesting and rewarding. "Extradimensional Crisis" in May introduced the Ultra Beasts, then "Eevee Grove" shines the light on beloved, cute Pokémon. Alternating themes like this keep the game fresh for new players and old.

Additional Pokémon TCG and Game Reveals on the Horizon in July

Aside from the Pocket app, the physical Pokémon TCG is also growing with the Scarlet & Violet: Black Bolt and White Flare sets on July 18, based on the Unova region.

It is expected that the Pokemon Company will reveal more information for the upcoming "Pokémon Legends: Z-A" which is slated for October 16 release on the original Switch and Switch 2.
