Pokémon GO: GO Battle League Season 11 Starts Wednesday

A lot of things are happening this June in Pokémon GO. The first is the GO Fest this weekend, and then, the usual activities of the month. June also marks the start of GO Battle League Season 11.

The new season starts June 1 and players can expect these:

  • End-of-season rewards are going to be available on the battle screen.
  • The GO Battle League rank is reset.
  • Rank-up requirements remain the same as in Season 10.

Battle Day

Trainers can look forward to the GO Battle Day on June 18 from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., local time. It's going to feature Mankey, available from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., local time. Other details are:

  • Mankey is guaranteed to appear as a reward encounter.
  • In each set, the first win reward from the Basic track is a reward encounter. The second through fifth win rewards remain unchanged.
  • All win rewards from the Premium track are reward encounters.

The bonus for Battle Day is 4X Stardust from win rewards. In addition, the maximum number of sets trainers can play per day is increased from five to 20, or a total of 100 battles.

  • Rank 6
    • Pokémon: Mienfoo
  • Ace Rank

Avatar Items

Trainers can also earn avatar items and a pose inspired by Bea, Gym Leader of Stow-on-Side's Gym in Pokémon Sword. These are:

  • Ace rank: Bea-Style Gloves
  • Veteran rank: Bea-Style Headband
  • Expert rank: Bea-Style Outfit
  • Legend rank: Bea-Style Pose
