PlayStation Plus July 2022 Games and Classics Catalog Revealed

Here’s what’s coming in the inaugural month of the revamped PS Plus service.

Sony has revealed the upcoming titles coming to the PlayStation Plus July 2022 catalog, and it’s a great first offering for Final Fantasy fans, Marvel enjoyers, and surprisingly enough, cat lovers. Twelve additional PS4 games are also headed to the service, including a slew of Assassin’s Creed titles. Finally, two additional games will make their way to the Classics Catalog lineup for Premium members.

PlayStation Plus July 2022 Catalog

  • Stray (PS4, PS5) (Day One release) play as a feline hero in this adventure game set in a future cityscape filled with cyber dangers around every corner. You’ll also befriend a small flying drone along the way, if playing as a cat is not cute enough. Stray is a Day One launch on the revamped PS Plus catalog but will also be available on PC via Steam and as a separate physical release for PlayStation consoles on September 20.

  • Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade (PS5) – the expanded version of the critically-acclaimed remake released by Square Enix in 2020. Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade features exclusive PS5 enhancements, including DualSense controller capabilities, improved visuals, and is bundled with FF7R Episode INTERmission, featuring series favorite Yuffie Kisaragi as she infiltrates Midgar on her own mission. Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is also available on PC.

  • Final Fantasy VII Remake (PS4) – the original 2020 release of the critically-acclaimed remake, available for PlayStation 4 owners.

  • Marvel’s Avengers (PS5) – the third-person action-adventure game featuring a veritable roster of the greatest heroes in the Marvel universe. Players can team up to four online for cooperative gameplay, with versions available for both PS5 and PS4. Marvel’s Avengers is also available on PC and Xbox consoles.

  • Spirit of the North: Enhanced Edition | PS5
  • Ice Age: Scrat’s Nutty Adventure | PS4
  • Jumanji The Video Game | PS4
  • Paw Patrol on a Roll! | PS4
  • ReadySet Heroes | PS4

As for the new Classics joining the service, here’s what Premium members have to look out for:

  • No Heroes Allowed! (PSP)
  • LocoRoco Midnight Carniva l (PSP)

The July 2022 lineup for PlayStation Plus will go live on July 19. As this is the first refresh for the new service, no titles are leaving the rotation.
