Apple did not give details about how much RAM the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus would contain at its launch event Wednesday , but a new benchmark seems to confirm the iPhone 7 Plus features 3GB of RAM. If true, this would back up longstanding rumors about the device and would be the most RAM in an iPhone to date.

The Geekbench results referred to the iPhone 7 Plus by its codename, iPhone 9,4, but includes details about the device, such as its processor, operating system number and RAM.

Rumors have suggested the iPhone 7 Plus would have 3GB of RAM to power Apple’s new dual camera system, which the company showcased Wednesday. The iPhone 7 Plus features two 12-megapixel cameras, which work together to provide sharper, more color accurate photos. The cameras will also enable a new feature for bokeh photography, which allows users to play with the depth of field in an image. Pictures shot in this manner, previously reserved for professionals, allow backgrounds to be blurred and subjects to be especially sharp. Apple announced the feature will be enabled with a software update later this year.

The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are currently available for preorder and will go on sale Sept. 16. Rumors suggest the standard iPhone may contain 2GB of RAM. It has a single lens camera.
