Have you ever recorded something awesome on your Xbox One and wanted to share it with the world in an easy to digest .GIF format? It's incredibly easy. Let me show you how.

Find Your Clip

The first step is to go to the website Xboxclips.com. From here, enter your Gamertag in the search box located in the upper right corner of the screen. This should bring up your profile and all of the saved clips you have recorded while playing. Find the clip you want and click on it.

This site also allows you to sort clips by game, so if you want to find footage of something happening in a game you do not own, you can find the clip of someone else who has done it easily enough.

Anyway, once you are on the page for the clip you want to turn into a gif, find the green button in the lower right corner that says "Create GIF."

Make Your GIF

Once you have clicked on the "Create GIF" button, you will be sent to the image hosting site Imgur. Your clip will be loaded in a window and you will be prompted to select what parts of the clip you actually want to include in your GIF. You will also now have the option to overlay a line of text on top of your GIF. Once you have the duration and text set to your liking, hit the "Create GIF" button on this page.

This isn't a terribly quick process, so let the site take its time to process. Once everything is all finished, your fresh new GIF will load right up and be ready for embedding and posting all over the Internet. It's that simple!

So there you have it: GIFs of your Xbox One clips. Will you be using this process to highlight some of your favorite gaming memories? Let us know, or better yet show us, in the comments section below.
