How to Connect 'Pokémon Sleep' to Garmin Smartwatches

'Pokémon Sleep's' tracker is now compatible with Garmin smartwatches.

If you own a Garmin smartwatch and want to get into sleep tracking while also being a big "Pokémon" fan, then this latest Pokémon Sleep integration is for you.

Thanks to this latest integration, fans may now use their Garmin wearables to track their sleep in the most adorable way possible.

Pokémon Sleep x Garmin Is Here

According to the recent announcement by The Pokémon Company, the compatibility of the Pokémon Sleep app is now expanding to more wearables, particularly with the Garmin brand.

The latest collaboration went live during the World Sleep Day celebration earlier this month, which lasted from March 13 to March 23, with The Pokémon Company promoting the importance of sleep and leveraging its tracking platform.

Previously, Pokémon Sleep only supported the likes of Apple Watches and Android-based wearables, but it is now expanding its compatibility with Garmin smartwatches to expand the sleep tracking app's reach to more users.

The more Garmin users sleep, the more Pokémon appear on their campsite in the app.

The collaboration covers a solid range of popular Garmin models, from everyday fitness to the outdoor and rugged options, including older and present-gen wearables.

Supported devices include the following:

How to Connect Your Garmin to 'Pokémon Sleep'

The setup is simple and easy to do. Here's how to do it:

  1. Open the Pokémon Sleep app on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings and look for the sleep tracking device options.
  3. Select Garmin and tap to link your account.
  4. Sign in to your Garmin Connect account when prompted.
  5. Confirm the connection, and you are done.

From that point, your Garmin automatically syncs your sleep data to the app each morning without the hassle of having your phone face down on your bedside or having the Pokémon Go+ dongle.
