Hearthstone announced that it is bringing back Twitch Drops for the upcoming Grandmasters Season 1 Playoffs. Those who watch the matches on any of the official Hearthstone channels during the designated timeframes get to earn one Rise of Shadows pack. That's not all, as 1,500 lucky eligible viewers will be randomly chosen and rewarded with Classic card packs every hour.
Blizzard reminds fans that to be eligible, they need to watch three hours of broadcast, consecutive or non-consecutive.
The Grandmasters Season 1 Playoffs are scheduled for July 12-14 from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET. Time accrual drops include two Rise of Shadows Card Packs. What this means is that watching three hours of the stream lets fans earn a Rise of Shadows pack while watching six hours of the stream earn a second Rise of Shadows pack.
As mentioned, 1,500 viewers get a chance to be rewarded a Classic card pack each hour. With a total of 39 hours, that’s a total of 58,500 card packs.
In order to be eligible, you first need to link your Blizzard Battle.net and Twitch.tv accounts. Simply follow these steps:
