In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 , Nebula and Gamora mention they have siblings. As we found out in Guardians, the daughters of Thanos were horribly tortured and mistreated in an effort to make them even more deadly. We saw the toll this took on Nebula, who at the end of the film, chose to part ways with her sister and seek vengeance on her father. But it seems she’ll have to get past her other siblings first, at least one of whom could be Thano’s right hand man, if a report from MCU Exchange is accurate.

In the comics, Thanos’ generals are known as the Black Order and they are expected to be seen in Avengers: Infinity War too, but the MCU is switching things up. They won’t be known as the Black Order – they’ll be known as Thanos’ other children.

A while back, Terry Notary revealed he was working with Josh Brolin and his character is ‘truly evil.’ Chances are, he’s one of them.

"I'm working with Josh Brolin and three other actors, and I'm playing Josh Brolin's right-hand bad guy in the film," he told The Hollywood Reporter.

"I can't say the name of the character or I think Marvel will sever my head, but I apply those same principles of what it means to drop bullshit and just play a character (that's) truly evil. And it's working. It's truly working."

The top predictions for the comic book inspiration behind the Thanos’ henchmen are Corvus Glaive and Proxima Midnight. In the set photo, the pike appears to look very similar to Thanos’ servant, Corvus Glaive. Proxima Midnight is the wife of Corvus Glaive, and her staff in the set video does resemble the same weapon from the comics.

While this is all just speculation for now, the development could explain why Guardians spent so much time developing the relationship between Gamora and Nebula, as well as the decision to keep the family history a secret.
