Once you have arrived, you must climb to the top of the spire above a general store, where Link will meet a woman in traditional Gerudo clothes. Speak with her and be sure to reply "You're very beautiful!" Your first response shouldn't matter, but the person will not offer the outfit if you reply, "You're... a man?"

She will offer a replica of her outfit for the price of 600 rupees. Equipping the armor will enable Link to appear like a female. Link will feel embarrassed about the ordeal, but he'll enter Gerudo Town without an issue.

Once within the town, it will also be helpful to get the Gerudo Town secret shop password. When you approach the door behind the clothes store, a girl will tell you the real door is on the side of the buidling and you must have a password to go in. Go to the Gerudo bar where you'll meet a couple girls talking. One of the girls knows the password, but won't say it out loud because she sees your presence. Leave the bar and move on to the store next store and run inside, where you'll find a mesh in the wall that you can eavesdrop from.
