The closed beta for Fractured Online is now live. With this, players both old and new get the chance to explore the continent of Aerhen. In addition to exploring a new region filled with obstacles to overcome, players can also take part in various events across multiple channels.
Going back to Aerhen, while this is an area largely presided over by humans, there are unique biomes that are sure to push the survival instincts of players to the max. Prepare to experience mountains both cold and unforgiving, along with a volcanic region both hot and oppressive. There are also sudden torrential downpours that plague the steppe biome. Finally, the tundra, which has fewer weather anomalies compared to others.
By the way, it’s not just the weather conditions that pose a problem. There are also creatures to look out for like the Jotunns, Mammoths, and Arctic Wolves. Keep a close watch as well on the various Elementals.
In a statement, Dynamight Studios Co-Founder and CEO Jacopo Gallelli shared that this is an important time in the history of the game. He added that right now, anyone can join the game and start their adventure. Players have the option to take the journey as a solitary hero or begin a settlement with a guild and grow to become an empire. Gallelli went on to say that the game offers a robust player-driven economy while also letting players fight against monsters or other parties.
