Bandai Namco announced that DLC Pack 1 for NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS is now available. It features none other than the legendary Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki. The DLC is available to purchase on all platform though for those who already own the Season Pass can get this new content free.
Hagoromo Otsutsuki is the first playable DLC character out of five total characters. As the legendary Sage of Six Paths, you get to rain lightning down with Divine Thunder and Awaken with the Sword of Nunoboko. You can also bring a quick end to enemies with Otsutsuki's Secret Combination Technique "Source of Ninshu" which summons Indra Otsutsuki and Ashura Otsutsuki to join the battle.
The new DLC pack also brings with it Matching Voice x12 and Ninja Info Card Image x5.
New Patch
The new DLC arrives to the game with the Version 1.11 patch. It officially launches Custom Matchmaking which lets players create a room for a maximum of eight players. Custom matches are available in these modes:
- VS Battle (2 Players)
- League (4 Players)
- Tournament (4 to 8 Players)
Of course, there are the usual bug fixes and adjustments.
The Ninja World
NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS let players experience powerful ninja battles choosing from a roster of more than 130 playable characters. This largest character roster in the history of the Ultimate Ninja STORM series. Indeed, the robust lineup goes across the beloved history of Naruto from the legendary founders of the ninja clans like Ashura and Indra Otsutski and all the way to the iconic Team 7 lineup of Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura.
The game offers different multiple modes like History Mode where players get to be part of the captivating world of Naruto and get to relive his childhood memories while also witnessing his most epic battles like the one with Sasuke. The Special Story Mode meanwhile takes things a step further by offering a new and original storyline. In this one Boruto meets a mysterious girl in a popular online game known as "Ninja Heroes" and soon finds himself in a great battle involving the entire ninja world.
NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS is available for the PC through Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and the Nintendo Switch.
