Lost underneath the Super Mario Run and Pokémon Go for the Apple Watch news are the release date windows for two of Nintendo’s previously announced mobile games, Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing.

While both games were slated for fall 2016, the official Nintendo press release for Super Mario Run confirms fans won’t see either game until 2017. In the release, Nintendo plans to deliver both mobile games before the end of March 2017.

That means between January and the end of March, fans should expect to see and download both mobile games.

Charlie Scibetta, senior director of corporate communications for Nintendo of America, spoke to us at E3 about the company’s mobile plans and he even alluded to how the control schemes of Nintendo’s mobile games will work.

“In the case of mobile, we picked franchises like Animal Crossing and Fire Emblem we thought worked well on the mobile platform; [a mobile version won’t] necessarily have the same controls that we have on our dedicated consoles, but it still brings those games to life really well. For the future, we announced that we have two games coming before the end of March 2017, and we said that five games for mobile will come out. We have three already named and one in the market now in Miitomo .”

So just like Super Mario Run is not your typical Mario game, using just a tap of the screen to play, Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing will likely have a different control scheme from the handheld/console versions of both franchises.

There’s also another Nintendo mobile game still in the works that no one knows about, but expect Nintendo to drop it on fans when they least expect it, just like they did at the Apple Keynote on Sept. 7.
