Less than a month after its release, F1 2021 launched its first-ever battle pass. Calling it the Podium Pass Series 1, it offers 30 tiers for racers to earn customization items that can be unlocked and used to jazz up their car and avatar. These include helmets, gloves, liveries, and victory radio calls.

By the way, those rewards are for the free Podium Pass. There’s also the VIP tier which can be purchased with the in-game currency PitCoin. Those who buy this pass get extra items.

This Podium Pass, and the next ones after it, are going to last for eight weeks. Hopefully, that should be enough time to progress through all tiers. Once a new pass is released, it resets all XP and tier progress.

So what are the items up for grabs anyway? There’s the “Lightning Stripe” available on free tiers. This can then be paired with the “Contours” suits and gloves, as well as the “Shock” helmet, both of which are at the Item Shop.

Speaking of the Item Shop, one item players can look forward to is the “Frostfire.” This can be paired with the “Ceres” suit and gloves, also at the shop. Making things even cooler is the “Disruption” helmet, offered in the VIP tier.

There’s also the “Intergalactic” set which comes with a livery, suit, helmet, and gloves. It can be unlocked in the VIP tiers.

There are a lot more available and it’s up to players to discover what they are.
