Epic Games Store is supporting its Free Game Every Week event even after all these years. The latest game to be given away for free is Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. It’s an adventure game released back in 2013, and it follows the story of two brothers who are trying to find a cure for their father’s illness.

To claim the game, you have to go to its EGS page, click on “GET” and then complete the checkout by clicking on “PLACE ORDER.” The title will then show up in your library. We recommend that you try out the game if you are interested in a good story. You can claim the game from today till February 24.

Next Week Free Game

That’s not all though, Epic Games Store revealed next week’s free game as well. It might not be as critically acclaimed as Brothers, but hey, free games never hurt anyone. From February 24 to March 3, you will be able to claim Cris Tales for free.

About the Games

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons was developed by Starbreeze Studios and published by 505 Games. The game was the debut title of Josef Fares, who was also the game director of TGA 2021 GOTY Winner, It Takes Two.

Just like It Takes Two, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons also received critical reception from both fans and critics. It is a great feat that the very first game by Fares became such a hit. As of January 2015, it had sold over 800,000 copies. The game is available on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Android, iOS, Windows Phone, and PC.

Next week’s free game, Cris Tales is an indie JRPG developed by Dreams Uncorporated and published by Modus Games. The game features turn-based combat and uses hand-drawn 2D animations. It was released on Steam in July 2021 and has received a mixed reception.
