The new demo for Dr. Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine is now out for everyone to try, available on the Epic Games Store, GOG, and Steam. The game is the latest title of the Super Meat Boy universe.
In celebration of the demo launch, players get the chance to view the opening cinematic of the game. Here, we get to see none other than the nefarious Dr. Fetus prepares his ruthless test chambers which can be used on his Super Meat Boy clones. You can watch it below:
Dr. Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine offers players classic puzzle gameplay with hardcore platforming elements. There are more than 100 puzzle levels in beautiful hand-crafted worlds filled with creative traps and hazards. At the end of each world, players have to prepare for a gruesome boss fight, which is sure to provide the ultimate challenge.
In the game, players can work their way through familiar locations from Super Meat Boy and Super Meat Boy Forever, such as the picturesque forest, hospital, and salt factory. One difference that this game has is that matching at least four clones of the same kind and creating awesome combos won’t be enough. Players also need to avoid the likes of lethal hazards and traps like sawblades, rockets, and pendulums.
