Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion Releases "More than a Remaster" Trailer

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion is set for release, December 13, 2022, on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. The story is set seven years before Final Fantasy VII and follows the young Shinra SOLDIER operative Zack Fair. Along his journey, he learns more about the dark secrets of Shinra’s experiments and the monsters that they've created.

To hype up the excitement for this upcoming game, a new trailer has been released which shows a modern version of this cult classic action RPG and prequel to Final Fantasy VII. You can watch the "More than a Remaster" trailer below:

This upcoming game comes 15 years after the release of the PlayStation Portable-exclusive original game. It features a complete HD graphics overhaul, newly arranged soundtrack, fully-voiced dialogue in English and Japanese, and an updated combat system.

In a statement, Executive Producer Yoshinori Kitase revealed that the game is "more than a remaster." He added that it's a game which not only crosses generations but also platforms. He went on to say that they're proud of all the improvements that were done for this new game.
