Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Offering Rewards This Veterans Day

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is offering fans and players a chance to receive rewards by simply watching on Twitch. That's right! The Call of Endowment, in honor of Veterans Day, has partnered with different streamers to make this happen. This offer is only good for today, November 11.

So what's in store for everyone? Well, if you watch one hour of content then you get a 2XP Token (30 Minutes). For those who watch two hours of content, you get the "Ode to the Brave" animated Calling Card.

To get these rewards, here's what you need to do:

  • Search for an eligible Twitch Streamer
  • Call of Duty account
    • If you don't have an account yet, then go get one now.
    • In addition to the different benefits, having an account allows you to experience cross-play while also getting the latest intel and personalized stats.
      • You can get an account here.
  • Link Accounts
    • Once you have a Call of Duty account, you need to connect it to your Twitch Account.
      • You can link your Call of Duty account with your Twitch account here.
    • If you already have a Twitch account, you will need to re-link. This allows you to have the correct permissions that lets you earn rewards.
  • Watch and Earn
    • Once everything is ready, go to Twitch and choose from the streamers who are playing Modern Warfare. On drop eligible streams, you're going to see a callout that says "drops are enabled." This confirms that you are officially watching and earning.
    • You can watch one stream or even multiple streams.
  • Receive the Rewards
    • Once you've reached the needed time, you need to go to your inventory and check if the rewards are there.

Call of Duty Endowment

If you're not familiar, the Call of Duty Endowment is a non-profit organized co-founded by Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick and Former National Security Advisor General James Jones. Since its inception, the Endowment has helped 63,000 Veterans find meaningful jobs.

The group is celebrating its tenth anniversary with the new "Hire. Honor." campaign. This campaign covers a variety of programs that support the Endowment, with 100% of Activision proceeds going directly to finding jobs for veterans. As part of the 10th anniversary of the Endowment, Call of Duty players can help veterans by:

  • Beginning Monday, November 11, Call of Duty: Mobile is going to feature an Endowment-themed content pack entitled the Call of Duty Endowment Honor Pack which includes a new skin for in-game items.
  • Players can participate by watching some of their favorite streamers play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on Twitch this Veterans Day.
