Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Celebrating Long Weekend With Double XP On Nuketown

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is offering players a chance to enjoy the long holiday weekend with extra XP. Beginning today and until 1:00 PM on September 3, the game is activating its 2XP Nuketown playlist in Multiplayer.

That's not all, as Hot Pursuit is also making a comeback to Blackout on all platforms. Indeed, Black Ops 4 is giving you everything you need for weekend long fun with friends.

According to the team at Black Ops 4, they know that people love to play both Hot Pursuit and Alcatraz. So while the team tries to feature these as often as possible, there are also other players who want to play other LTMs like Ambush and Pandemic.

To ensure that matchmaking times are low and player count remains high, Black Ops 4 is going to continue swapping in new and returning LTMs every now and then in the Featured Playlist slot. The main purpose of limited-time modes, after all, is to keep things fresh and interesting. That said, both Hot Pursuit and Alcatraz are going to be run simultaneously this week.

As if to sweeten the pot, players get to unlock additional rewards with the new “Heatwave” Contraband event. The event culminates in an earnable Ultra Weapon Bribe at Tier 15. Be sure to jump into Zombies every day for that extra Daily Tier Skip.

Speaking of zombies, there is no doubt that the zombies community of Black Ops 4 have been collectively counting the days until the first hints of the final Aether story experience arrives. As the 2019 DLC Season comes to a close, the team at Black Ops 4 revealed that they are focused on making the final map the best experience possible for long-time Zombies fans.
