Assassin's Creed Odyssey is set to receive a Viking-themed armor set. This armor set is clearly made to draw attention toward Assassin's Creed Valhalla and build up the hype. Even though Ubisoft themeselves haven't said that the armor set is from the upcoming game, the design and the Nordic art confirms it.
Assassin's Creed Odyssey has many amazing outfits and gear pieces. So, if you want to know how it feels to explore through a large open world as a Viking, the armor set should give you that feeling.
It's interesting to see how Ubisoft has continued to support Assassin's Creed Odyssey and just when you think that the final update has been delivered, Ubisoft comes up with a new one.
There isn't a lot going on with the set, but you'll get a chest armor with fur on the shoulder and an axe that looks quite nasty. That said, there isn't a confirmation date on when the gear will become available in the game. When the gear is available, players will be alerted as for how to claim it or buy it.
Elsewhere, it was also stated that Ubisoft has already deployed a new patch for Assassin's Creed Odyssey across all platforms. The update is about 3GB on PC, 3.1GB on Xbox One, and 4GB on PlayStation 4.
Check out the most notable changes with 1.5.4 below.
- Addressed an issue where Cyclops quests weren’t available to some players after Title Update 1.5.3.
- Addressed an issue with the audio output of some of the crowd stations.
- Addressed an issue where a placeholder pop-up could appear upon unlocking Ezio’s Roman outfit.
