Arena Breakout is moving forward, with this upcoming hardcore tactical free-to-play first-person shooter having its first closed beta test later this month. However, the test is currently limited to Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.

Not to worry though since according to developer MoreFun Studios Group, more regional closed betas will arrive in the future. Those interested can actually now sign up for early access.

A Deadly Open World

Arena Breakout hopes to give players around the world the chance to experience a tactical shooter with the same quality in a console platform but in the palm of their hands. The game is set to offer a realistic, immersive, and of course, competitive gaming experience. The studio even says it’s one that’s going to make the heart of players race during each match.

The main feature of the game is the deadly open world known as the Dark Zone. Here, players are given the option to be an honorable task force member or a rather unscrupulous rogue.

Another feature is careful monitoring of their vitals. This is made possible through the realistic health system. Considering that this is a brutal universe, players also need to apply the right treatment to at least 10 different wound types if they want to survive.

While the game is winner takes all, defeating enemies is not the only way to win. Ultimately, the goal is to look for supplies and to break out successfully. This being an open world, players have the choice to do what they want, whether to sneak around or fight enemies head-on.

Visual Treat

Players can also look forward to the real-time dynamic rendering to the realistic light and shadow effects. There’s also the Volumetric Cloud technologies and at least 1,200 sound effects. This allows for an excellent visual and audio console-quality experience except on mobile.

Players should be happy to know that the Ultimate Gunsmithing lets them have high levels of customization with more than 700 parts that can fit in over 10 modification slots. With this, it’s possible for players to create their very own weapon.

Meanwhile, valuable weapons, equipment, and supplies can be traded in the open market system. This should allow players to build their wealth and in turn help them dominate the Arena. Trade to strike it rich and fight for fortune.

Arena Breakout is scheduled to be released worldwide on Android and iOS mobile devices sometime in early 2023.
