If you are having trouble getting into For Honor , Ubisoft’s swordsman dueling simulator, you aren’t the only one. It seems like the game (and most other Ubisoft games) are down across all platforms: PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Ghost Recon: Wildlands and Rainbow Six Siege are also being hit by the server outage. What was the point of Ubisoft having dedicated servers for For Honor if it’s just going to go down along with the rest of their games?
Ubisoft released an official statement saying they are working on the problem and hope to have it fixed ASAP.
We are investigating an issue with accessing some of our online services. We ask for your patience in the meantime. https://t.co/LMVpdiTYje

UPlay, the program that enables you to play all of Ubisoft’s titles, is currently malfunctioning. Nobody can access any of their games and fans are getting pretty angry.
How is it that #ForHonor has no dedicated servers, yet can't be played right now because the servers are down? @Ubisoft pic.twitter.com/CfcNL89zlT

If you really want to play any of these games online, the only thing you can do is wait. Similar to the Xbox One outage last week, this problem seems to be entirely on Ubisoft’s end. I recommend playing Overwatch while you wait to duel your friends again, that’s what I’ll be doing while I wait for Ubisoft to fix their servers and unwedge their craniums from their butts.
Check support.ubisoft.com or Down Detector as often as possible to see when the servers come back up.
