First-person shooter Battlefield V offers its take on WWII for the PS4, and open world survival series S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy arrives on PS4 and PS5, as does fighting game Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.
Simulation games get their due here, too. Humankind, a Civ-style strategy game, arrives on PS4 and PS5, while Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life, a cozy farming sim, arrives for PS5. Board game extraordinaire Gloomhaven Mercenaries Edition has you leading a bunch of mercs through a D&D-style campaign full of dungeons and monsters for PS4 and PS5.
PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers also get fighting mechs in Battle Engine Aquila on PS4 and PS5.
Whatever type of game you're into, Sony's got it here for free (if you're a PlayStation Plus member, of course).
