A Sims 4 patch was released today in preparation for the new expansion pack. City Living includes lot traits, some of which will become available in the base game. The update also adds a copy paste function for all you builders out there. The feature will be available to use for roofs stairs and rooms.
The lot traits that are now patched into the base game include: Homey, Fast Internet, Great Acoustics, Science Lair, Convivial, Natural Light, Bracing Breezes or Private Dwelling.
