In case you didn't know, there's an upcoming celebration of all-things Nintendo called Nintendo Live 2023. This themed event features many activities, such as hands-on Nintendo Switch gameplay, gaming tournaments, and live stage performances, alongside memorable photo ops and event merchandise. Families are welcome and invited to join the fun at the Seattle Convention Center from September 1 to September 4.
Here's even better news. Registration for Nintendo Live 2023 opens May 31 until June 22. During this period, those interested in attending can visit the Nintendo Live website and register for the chance to get free tickets.
Here are other details you'll need to keep in mind:
- Eligible Nintendo Account holders who are at least 18 years old can register for the drawing.
- Those who don't have an account can sign up here.
- For groups of two or more, each attendee having their own Nintendo Account must be linked to the same free Nintendo Account Family group.
- This is to make sure that all parties in the same group can attend together and on the same day.
- For those selected, attendance is for one event day.
Tournament Play
Nintendo Live 2023 is also the venue for the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Championship 2023 and Splatoon 3 Championship 2023. Online qualifiers for both tournaments start May 27 with the top performers securing their tickets to Nintendo Live 2023, along with the chance to compete against some of the best players on the big stage.

Nintendo Live 2023 is taking place at the Seattle Convention Center at the same time as the PAX West gaming and pop-culture convention. PAX West badge holders who want to attend Nintendo Live 2023 need to visit the official PAX West website. As a reminder, having a PAX West badge doesn't guarantee entry to the Nintendo event.
