New 'Uncharted 4' Screenshots Leaked: Who Needs A 4K PS4 When 'A Thief's End' Looks This Good? [IMAGES]

Following a string of delays, the official Uncharted 4 release date, May 10, is just a little more than a month away. Naughty Dog finally announced the completion of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End last month when a post on Twitter revealed the team's PS4 menu downloading a copy of the game: "Very glad to say #Uncharted4 has gone gold today! Congrats to the team!!!"

Now, users on NeoGAF have found brand new screenshots that were allegedly taken from Italian gaming site SpazioGames.it. However, the images were reportedly embargoed until tomorrow at 7 a.m. PST, 4 p.m. CET. Spazio Games apparently removed its post when the error was discovered. However, not soon enough to avoid the screenshots from being distributed.

The images demonstrate just how obsessed the team at Naughty Dog had become for visual presentation. Every screenshot shows off Uncharted 4's crisp lighting; intricate levels of VFX, including rain, dust, debris, smoke andfire; incredible details of lighting and skin, and stunning depths of view to really make the world of Uncharted come alive.

In fact, the screenshots look so good, it makes one ask what's all the fuss about PS4K! Check out the gorgeous images from Uncharted 4 below:
