EA To Deliver ‘Major Game’ On Nintendo Switch, Says EA CCO Peter Moore

EA’s Chief Competition Officer, Peter Moore shared exciting and insightful news about a “major game” coming to Nintendo Switch during the Credit Suisse 20th Annual Technology, Media, and Telecom conference. Moore also discussed a partnership announcement:

“We have announced publicly that we got a partnership with them [NINTENDO] on their new platform, the Switch, we haven’t talked in detail on what that’s about.”

Moore continued to explain Nintendo’s importance in the industry and how Nintendo should never be discounted. In addition, the Nintendo Switch has many major publishers joining in on the excitement for the console coming to the marketplace in March 2017. Although EA plans to move forward with Nintendo, there will be a keen an eye on the interest of this “major game” once it’s released on the new console to determine future commitment.

What is this major game we keep mentioning? That has not been shared as of yet, but we can only imagine what EA and Nintendo will accomplish together. Along with EA, there are several major 3rd party publishers on board and in talks with Nintendo, including activision, Bethesda and Capcom.
