Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris
Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris Activision / Bungie

Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris is out this week. We haven’t published a review yet -- we’re waiting for the new raid lair before passing judgment -- but we have explored most of the new content. And we’ve compiled a list of everything there is to see and do in the new expansion.

Several new missions take players on a tour of Mercury’s shockingly small patrol zone. But some of the new story content does return to other planets from the base game, including Earth, Io and Nessus. You’ll also make semi-frequent trips back to Guardian HQ to meet with Ikora. Bungie did what it could to make Curse of Osiris missions easier to spot by giving them all the same bright yellow icon, but some Destiny players still aren’t sure they’ve seen everything yet. To be fair, we wondered the same thing at a few different points in our time with the expansion. We’re not judging. Without further adieu, here’s the full list of playable content from Curse of Osiris:

Strikes

  • A Garden World

Raid Lair

  • Eater of Worlds (Dec. 8)

Missions

  • The Gateway

  • A Deadly Trial

  • Beyond Infinity

  • Deep Storage

  • Hijacked

  • Omega

Lost Sectors

  • Pariah’s Refuge

Adventures

  • Endless Branches

  • The Up and Up

  • Vex Milk

Public Events

  • Vex Crossroads (Mercury)

World Changes

  • Mercury Patrol Zone added to Destination map

  • Hangman’s Pass added to EDZ

  • Heroic Strikes playlist added to Strikes menu

All of this should only take you a few hours, particularly if your Guardian was strong enough to explore and/or finish the Leviathan raid. It’s a bit disappointing to finish the new content so quickly. But perhaps we should’ve expected this, given Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg’s hesitance to confirm larger expansions when we spoke to him back in September. On the plus side, Season 2 also began this week. So at least there will be new gear to obtain in the coming weeks.

Destiny 2 is available for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Curse of Osiris debuts Dec. 5.
