Message from the Community

Inchon, one of the authors, revealed in a post that the goals of the handbook were to:

  • Improve the quality of gameplay for new players
  • Clarify some items for veteran players
  • Provide something for those who already have thousands of hours in the game

Inchon thanked the entire team and made a special mention to Moscatnt for the design and developer Black Matter for allowing the use of in-game icons. Check out The Ultimate New Player Handbook here.

If you’re not the type to read, the community has you covered as well. Veteran player Monoespacial has actually released 10 video guides for beginners. You can watch the video here.

Silver Vanguard

The Silver Vanguard DLC has added new content to the game, and it is free for those who already have the game or buy it before August 10. Silver Vanguard takes players to the frontlines and offers new helmets and uniforms. It contains:

  • German Forces: “Rolled sleeves” uniforms for 11 classes.
  • US Forces: “Hell on Wheels” jacket for Tank Commander’s and Tank Crew.
  • Soviet Forces: SSh-40 Covered Ameba helmet.

Hell Let Loose is a tactical first-person shooter game where players take part in 50v50 combined arms battles. Teams are divided further into different units like rifle squads, armor squads, or recon squads.

Hell Let Loose started as a Kickstarter campaign back in 2017 when it managed to raise $220,000. It was then launched on PC through Steam Early Access in 2019. The official full release was on July 27, 2021. Versions for next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S are set to be released sometime this year.
