There is less than a week to go until one of-- if not the -- cinematic event of the year: Captain America: Civil War. Possibly the most ambitious Marvel movie ever made, Civil War weaves numerous Avenger backstories for an explosive story that will see superheroes, typically the guardians of peace and justice, battle against each other in a massive Earth-shattering conflict.

Marvel has done a solid job of ramping up the anticipation with a string of exciting trailers, but nothing has come close to “Ultimate Franchise Trailer” created by Movieclips. The three minute trailer utilizes footage from prior Avengers movies to trace Steve Rogers’ journey from a frail young man to patriotic super-soldier, Captain America. Starting with Captain America: The First Avenger and concluding with footage from the upcoming Civil War, Movieclips’ homemade teaser really is the ultimate franchise trailer. Take a look below:

After watching this, it’s hard not to side with #TeamCap, but as someone in the comment section points out, Iron Man’s “So was I” line gets you everytime. In the MCU, Iron Man is just as beloved by fans as Captain America, if not more. With a roster of awe-inspiring Avengers on either side, choosing your team in Civil War is proving to be quite difficult. Throw in Spider-Man joining the fray in Iron Man’s army and it’s nearly impossible to decide.

Here’s a refresher of the official Captain America: Civil War synopsis, courtesy of Marvel: Political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability when the actions of the Avengers lead to collateral damage. The new status quo deeply divides members of the team. Captain America (Chris Evans) believes superheroes should remain free to defend humanity without government interference. Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) sharply disagrees and supports oversight. As the debate escalates into an all-out feud, Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) must pick a side.

So, which side are you on? Let us know in the comment section below. Captain America: Civil War arrives in theaters May 6.
