Meet the unique battle royale game – Babble Royale. You read that right! Babble Royale is now available on Steam. In this game, the goal is the same: outwit your enemies to be the last one standing. But instead of using firearms, you need to “babble.” Outwit your opponents through words in this refreshing approach of Scrabble .
The game came out on Steam, December 16, and currently supports both Windows and Mac. While words are the weapons here, players of Scrabble and PUBG will easily become familiar with Babble Royale. You can get power-ups on the board for those extra points or blow up letter tiles to counter enemy strategies. You can also earn money, though they are not used for buying guns or grenades. Use them to purchase vowels and consonants to increase your winning chances.
Playing the Game
When the match starts, select your starting position and make advances by making words from randomized letters. Your enemies will do the same but you have to pay attention to their words. If they connect to yours, they can knock you out. So, mind the gameplay and do your best to connect to their words to knock them out.
As a signature battle royale mechanic, there is a danger zone that gets smaller as the match progresses. If you’re inside, you’ll lose health until you enter a safe zone. The game begins to intensify when the danger zone closes in while you wait for your letters to replenish.
