Atomic Heart Patch 1.3.3.0/1.3.3.1 Increases FPS Cap to 500, Removes Old Soviet Cartoons

Atomic Heart
Atomic Heart Steam/Mundfish

Fans have been enjoying Atomic Heart for more than a week now, but their experience hasn’t been without fault. The game is suffering from some technical issues and a lack of crucial features. The developer is aware of this and has already released a handful of patches to fix them.

Two updates went live yesterday with Patch 1.3.3.0 the bigger one that increased the frame rate cap on PC to 500. The crash issue during the Ballerina boss fight has been addressed, and Claire’s cutscene will begin as it should. Controversial old soviet cartoons are removed as well.

The Steam version of the game received a small hotfix (Patch 1.3.3.1) that brought one bug fix. It added a new system that should resolve all environment-stuck issues. You can read the complete patch notes below.

PATCH 1.3.3.0
QUESTS
  • Fixed an issue blocking quest progress for "A glass, Darkly"
  • Fixed an issue with Claire (cutscene is not starting)
  • Fixed a crash during the Ballerina boss fight
VISUAL AND AUDIO
  • Autodetection of the sound language, based on your settings (you can still choose to modify the audio and the texts language in the options)
  • Removed an inappropriate image from the old soviet cartoon
  • Fixed an issue with a "Rotorobot" in a frozen state
GAMEPLAY

PATCH 1.3.3.1 (Steam only)

If these two patches didn’t fix every issue found, don’t worry. The developer already mentioned that future patches will bring FOV settings and allow users to tweak UI and subtitles size settings. Several achievement-related bugs will be squashed as well.

The complete patch notes are available on Steam.
