Apex Legends The Old Ways Lore Event Starts April 7

Ever wondered how Bloodhound became the legend that they are? Well Apex Legends is giving you that chance with its upcoming Old Ways Lore Event. This new event begins April 7 and runs all the way to April 21. It’s going to offer a new Town Takeover and even an exclusive Event Prize Track. There are also new event limited cosmetics and even the return of Legendary Hunt skins.

New Town Takeover

Once the event start, players get the explore Bloodhound’s Trials. This is an area where the prowler population after the Apex Games arrived to World’s Edge and resulted in large predators leaving. Bloodhound saw an excellent opportunity in the situation and had humans fight against beasts in order to maintain the ecosystem.

Once you enter this area, you and your squad should expect to go against a bunch of prowlers and be rewarded with high-tier loot. However, fellow Legends are also going for the rewards so be sure to watch out for that.

Exclusive Event Prize Track

The new event is going to offer new daily challenges where players can earn exclusive cosmetics. Like the System Override Event, which you can read about here, players can earn as many as 1000 points per challenge set in the new event. In addition, challenge sets refresh at a daily rate.

For those who don’t have much time to take on the daily challenges, there are also new offers in the shop. The exclusive skins tie-in to The Old Ways digital short pretty much like the Wraith skin of the Voidwalker event. There are the items:
