Time to reunite the family. Pixowl

Are you looking for a game that's creepy, but at the same time kooky? How about something mysterious and spooky? Well you're in luck. The Addams Family Mystery Mansion is now available on mobile for both Google Play and App Store. This latest offering from Pixowl includes both an original story and new gameplay.

The game is based on Metro Goldwyn Mayer's animated move The Addams Family. In the game, Gomez and Morticia have returned to their Mansion after celebrating their second honeymoon. The lovely couple are determined to start anew. Players need to help Gomez and Morticia reunite the entire family while refurnishing their home. The game offers fun chapters and missions based on the original story and features witty dialog. As players help Gomez and Morticia, they get to collect favorite characters from the movie. Players also get to expand their collection of spooky furniture and decorations.

There’s no doubt fans of this kooky family are sure to love the game as its narrative is driven by the signature dark humor the series is known for.

According to Pixowl Co-Founder and CEO Arthur Madrid, the release of the move is just in time for Halloween as it "offers players a gruesomely fun building game that’s simultaneously macabre and filled with warmth.” He went on to say that Addams Family has long been part of our culture and players are sure to have a spooky and fun time with the entire clan.

Overall the game offers players:

  • 45+ Items to collect and craft, like the Trip Mine, Lightbulb and Battle Axe
  • 100+ Story-driven Quests to experience
  •  27 Outfits for the Characters, such as Witch Outfit, Unicorn Outfit and Summer Camp Outfit.

The new Addams Family movie is a 3D computer-animated comedy horror that opens to theaters today, October 11. In this version, the Addams family move to New Jersey and need to deal with the realities of 21st century and the arrogant yet sly TV Host Margaux Needle. The film stars Oscar Isaac as Gomez with Charlize Theron playing Morticia. Meanwhile, Chloe Grace Moretz plays Wednesday while Finn Wolfhard voices Pugsley. Rounding off the main family members are Nick Kroll (Uncle Fester), Conrad Vernon (Lurch), and Better Midler (Grandmama).
