Another online competition for Pokémon Sun and Moon has been announced! The Alola Friendly will let Pokémon trainers take their best teams into battle against one another.

The previous Sun and Moon online competition, Battle of Alola, ran in December and rewarded participating trainers with 50 Battle Points (as long as they have at least three battles), which are essential to getting some of the best battle items in the game.

The Alola Friendly will run from Jan. 27 through Jan. 29 with signups starting Jan. 19 to Jan. 26. To compete your team must follow this criteria:

• This competition uses Single Battle format.

• Players may use only Pokémon from the Alolan Pokédex.

• All Mythical and Legendary Pokémon are not allowed.

• Mega Stones are not allowed.

• Items are allowed, but Trainers may not have duplicate items in their Battle Team.

There’s a ton of other rules for the Alola Friendly, which you can find here, but the biggest takeaway is that none of the Legendary Pokémon are allowed. In the Battle of Alola, Solgaleo and Lunala and the other Legendary Pokémon were allowed.

The Tapus and the Ultra Beasts are still allowed, so expect plenty of teams featuring them.

If you’re looking to practice with the Alola Friendly rules in the meantime, you can download them through the Festival Plaza. Go to Festival Plaza in Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon, select “Battle,” and then tap “Download Rules.” You can select the Alola Friendly regulations to be the rules when you battle with your friends in Festival Plaza or via Quick Link.
