Rick and Michonne’s relationship is everything for The Walking Dead fans. If these two were to procreate, Rick would be next level crazy to protect his family.

Andrew Lincoln recently spoke to ComicBook.com about Rick and Michonne possibly having kids in a future season. Everyone has baby on the brain since Maggie and Glenn revealed they were expecting a child in The Walking Dead Season 6.

"Oh, yeah. Without a doubt," Lincoln said, referring to the possibility of a Richonne baby. "I think the whole point is to start again and to restart and it's about the future, and it's obviously the next generation and, as far as we can tell, we're outnumbered undead to human a lot. It is about repopulating the world. I think that they make a terrific couple and I don't think he would hesitate. Also, maybe in a couple of episodes time, there may be a jump ahead in the curve and maybe setting themselves to that job at hand."

But let’s not be too hasty here. Maggie is having an extremely difficult time with her pregnancy and Lori Grimes didn’t survive hers. Even Maggie actress Lauren Cohan is concerned about her character’s health. Cohan spoke to Us Weekly about the possibility of her character dying or something happening to her child.

“I think it would be unnatural to not be aware and concerned… but ultimately, I don’t think she’s stopped to worry about that because there are so many things she needs to focus on to ensure the survival of the baby,” Cohan said.

So many factors to think about when having a baby in the zombie apocalypse. There’s no way we’ll see a pregnant Michonne before the All Out War storyline ends. Maybe afterwards when things settle down before a new threat comes along. We also enjoy Warrior Michonne going out and slaying walkers.

The Walking Dead Season 7 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on AMC.
