The demo for Nintendo’s upcoming sequel to Bravely Default , titled Bravely Second: End Layer, will be available on the 3DS eShop next week. Watch the video below for Bravely Second’s portion of the March 3 Nintendo Direct:

In their Bravely Second announcements, Nintendo released a few facts about the demo:

  • The demo releases in the Nintendo eShop on March 10. Playing the demo will provide in-game bonuses that can be transferred into the full version of Bravely Second on its April 15 release date.

  • The demo has its own story, surrounding the antics of three Cavaliers dispatched by Queen Agnés to investigate a disturbance.

  • Members of Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked will receive a special 16-digit code that allows them to access the Bravely Second: End Layer demo early. The early access date for the demo is March 7.

They also teased two classes new to Bravely Second: the Wizard, who customizes spells with added effects like hammer and mist and combines them with elemental or healing spells, and the Catmancer, who learns the moves of monsters you encounter and trains cats to perform them in exchange for treats.

Finally, Nintendo also announced that the Bravely Second: End Layer Collector’s Edition is available for pre-order now and includes the game, its official artbook and its soundtracks. Nintendo will be releasing a video series on its YouTube channel in the weeks leading up to Bravely Second’s April 15 release date.
