Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 boasts the largest character roster in series history.
But not all of the characters are available when you pop the disc in. Some characters will be only available as you progress in the Story Mode. Others are only available via DLC at a later date or are available as a pre-order deal.
We’ve compiled a list of the shinobi that you can unlock in Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 and created a guide on exactly how you can unlock them.
