It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, at least in GTA Online. The annual Festive Surprise comes back to Los Santos, along with a new vehicle, Adversary mode and more.
Rockstar confirms there a number of holiday-themed items will unlock from now until Jan. 5. So far, the only known item included this year is a new Krampus mask available starting Dec. 24. Items from previous years will probably also be available for purchase.
A new car, the Ubermacht Sentinel Classic, is available at Southern San Andreas Super Autos. This two-door coupe looks like it’s straight out of the 80s, with a boxy frame and a nice spoiler in the back. If you want some classic throw-back looks while cruising the city, the Sentinel Classic is for you.
The Festive Surprise also adds a new game mode called Occupy to try out. This mode features maps divided into zones, with teams fighting to control them. A zone falls under a team’s control when there’s a player in the area, hence the game mode’s name. The more zones a team holds, the faster that team will gain points. The team with the most points at the end of each round wins.
Playing Occupy from now through Jan. 8 will earn you double the GTA$ and RP rewards. If you’re looking to make the most of your new-found riches, the following items are discounted:

As always, there’s a new Premium Race and Time Trial to tackle. From Dec. 19 to 25, the Premium Race will be H200, and it will be locked to Super cars. The Time Trial race will be Sawmill. From Dec. 26 to Jan 1, the Premium Race will be Double Loop, and it will also be locked to Super cars. The Time Trial race will be Cypress Flats.
