‘Fallout Shelter’ Update Adds Nuka World Mascots, Allows Players To Skip Quests

The new Fallout Shelter update 1.7 adds elements from Fallout 4 ’s upcoming Nuka World DLC, including new mascots and adventures for your vault dwellers.

The update includes increased happiness and rewards for vault dwellers who complete quests, new types of quests with special limited-edition rewards, as well as the introduction of Bottle and Cappy, two mascots you’ll see in Nuka-World .

Bottle and Cappy are special. If you tap on the mascots when they visit your vault, they’ll give you prizes if your vault dwellers complete their request.

Speaking of quests, if there’s one you really don’t want to send one of your vault dwellers out to do, you now have the option to skip the quest if you have a Nuka-Cola Quantum.

The update for Fallout Shelte r on iOS, Android and PC is available now, but even more fun awaits Fallout fans on Aug. 30. Bethesda will drop the highly anticipated Nuka World DLC for Fallout 4 . However, the release of Nuka World is bittersweet, considering it’s the final DLC pack for Fallout 4 .
