Last year, Weather Control Stations became available in Fallout 76, although it was for a limited period. This week, you get a chance to get your hands on a Thunderstorm Weather Station. It's available in the Atomic Shop for 1200 Atoms.
There's also the option to get the Thunderstorm Scientist Bundle, priced at 1800 Atoms, which has the Thunderstorm Weather Station along with items that can be purchased individually. The items are:
