Call Of Duty: WWII teasers from the game’s official Classified site may offer a sneak peek at four of the game’s multiplayer maps or possible campaign locations. Details provided by the Call Of Duty experts at CharlieINTEL have clued us in on these interesting hints.

For those who’ve missed out on the Call Of Duty: WWII Classified hype, the link above takes fans to a special site where Sledgehammer Games offers official hints about what’s to come. Using codes dispersed by the developer in various promotional images, we’ve already been able to uncover preliminary details about Zombies, as well as full bios for many of the campaign’s key characters.

With those prior reveals in mind, the latest ones arrive via codes on the headers of Call Of Duty: WWII social media, official and beta headers. A series of five codes was discovered buried deep in graphics of standing soldiers. Taking a close look at helmets, straps and other clothing offered the passwords below.

  • QRBGY
  • RCBGU
  • UEVLY
  • ZCKBM
  • KYYVU

After typing these in the correct order using the virtual keypad, you should be granted access to the character bios and the images shown in this article. They’re spread across two dossiers with two photos in each. Location number one looks like a carved-out trench, location two is a log cabin, location three shows an area with tanks and location four illustrates a dilapidated building.

Is that a tank, and how might it contribute to Call Of Duty: WWII multiplayer?

What’s not quite clear, of course, is how these four different places relate to the rest of the game. However, given that Call Of Duty: WWII multiplayer intends to be the focus of the product’s presence at E3 2017, we’re inclined to think these might be sections of the maps. After all, we seem to be getting classified teases tied to the portion of the game Sledgehammer intends to show at that particular time. For example, the mentioned character teases arrived days after the full campaign reveal in April.

As far as multiplayer is concerned, there’s not much we know about it at this time. Sledgehammer has said that it intends to focus on three main multiplayer features during E3: a shared social space called Headquarters, a new objective-based mode called War and a rejuvenated class system called Divisions .

If this is a multiplayer map, Call Of Duty: WWII multiplayer definitely seems to be channeling some of the series' classic moments.

Call Of Duty: WWII comes to PS4, Xbox One and PC Nov. 3. Expect to see more WWII multiplayer during Sony’s E3 press conference on the evening of June 12.
