Brawlhalla Brings Back the Star Wars Event

May the 4th be with you. Ubisoft

Brawlhalla is celebrating Star Wars Day by bringing back the Star Wars Event. The game offers all things Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. What this means is that players can look forward to a new Sidekick, one new map, two new Avatars, and four new Emojis.

That said, let's start with the fact that Darth Maul (a Mythic Crossover for Hattori) is making his presence felt in the game. He not only uses his double-bladed lightsaber (Spear) but also a single-bladed version of his red lightsaber (Sword). He was trained as a Sith Lord by none other than Darth Sidious. A deadly and agile fighter, he channels his rage into raw skills and acrobatic feats to defeat opponents.

As part of this celebration, R2-D2 is making its way to the game as a new sidekick and carries players to the battlefield. Meanwhile, players get the chance to show their support for the dark side with the Sith or Darth Maul Avatar. Other additions to the game are the different Emojis that include the Darth Maul Rage, Obi-Wan Facepalm, Battle Droid Thumbs Up, or the Clone Trooper WP.

Brawl of the Fates

Finally, to honor the iconic battle in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, the game is introducing a new map which is the Theed Power Generator. This map features a 2v1 battle where players fight against a "chosen" difficulty bot of Darth Maul. To win, players need to knock out this Sith Apprentice's 3 stocks.

New Seasonal Ranked Mode

The Star Wars Day celebration arrives to the game along with Patch 8.08. This new patch introduces a new seasonal ranked mode which is the Ranked Street Brawl. In this one, players need to choose their Legend and brawl opponent in a 1v1 mode by depleting their health bar. Defeat opponent first in this stamina mode to win.

Be sure to check out what else Patch 8.08 has to offer.

Excited yet? May the 4th be with you! You can also check out the first Star Wards crossover here.

Brawlhalla is a free-to-play fighting game released in 2017 and originally made available for the PC through Windows, macOS, and the PlayStation 4. It was later ported for the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and mobile platforms via Android and iOS.
