Rainbow Six Siege's APAC North 2020 just concluded its fifth playday and the results are here. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the matches have been held online. APAC North 2020 had some really amazing matches to watch this week. We got to see teams like Vodafone Giants and Fnatic destroy their opponents with dominating performances.

Fnatic faced Qconfirm on Coastline, which resulted in an overwhelming 7-3 victory for Fnatic. This match was very interesting to watch, as Qconfirm is known to be the most frag heavy team in APAC North. But Fnatic out fragged their opponents and even won out an insane 2v5 clutch. Patrick "MentalistC '' Fan was the most influential player for Fnatic, with nine kills while playing more of a flank watch role.

The most anticipated matchup from yesterday was Vodafone Giants vs Cloud9, with these two teams sitting at the top of their respective regions. Vodafone Giants played with perfect coordination and brought out Montagne, which has a very low pick rate in the APAC scene. The Vodafone Giants are currently on a perfect win streak for the first half of the season with five wins and zero losses. Their coordination this season might lead them all the way to a first place finish for the season.

Another impressive match to watch was Nora Rengo vs EFY, which was played on the redesigned Oregon map. These two teams showed us many strategies that can be implemented in our own ranked/competitive games. Their utility usage with Castle and Kaid showed us different ways to play the map. Tomohisa “Simotuki” Imoto was their lead player with 12 kills while playing support operators such as Castle and Smoke.
