We made it through Invasion! Next is The Flash and Supergirl musical crossover. We don’t know too much yet, but fans are cheering at the possibility of the episode featuring Music Meister. Even more, there’s a possibility Neil Patrick Harris could reprise his role as the main villain of ‘Mayhem of the Music Meister,’ an episode of Batman: The Brave and the Bold.

Harris has finally spoke on the rumors during an interview with IGN about his upcoming role in A Series of Unfortunate Events on Netflix.

“I’ve heard about it, but that’s as much as it has been,” Harris said. “I did the Music Meister in a recording booth in L.A. 15 years ago or something?” Harris vaguely recalls (the series ran from 2008-2011). “It was a fun episode; it was a good thing to do … He wears a bigfoot suit, from what I remember [and] the song was fun to sing, so I don’t know, we’ll see.”

Harris said he heard Joss [Whedon] was involved, whom he worked with on the musical web series, Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog. Whedon is rumored to be directing The Flash and Supergirl musical crossover episode.

In August, it was Arrowverse writer Andrew Kreisberg who first shared details about the two-part musical crossover episode, which is expected sometime after mid-season break.

“It’s funny, we have villains that can split the earth in half. We have villains that can run at the speed of light,” he said. “What’s so crazy about a villain that can make you think your friends are singing and dancing in front of you?”

Music Meister is a villain who controls people through song, who can hypnotize you to believe everyone’s singing. In the Batman: The Brave and the Bold episode ‘Mayhem of the Music Meister,’ he hypnotizes Black Canary, Green Arrow, Aquaman, Black Manta, Gorilla Grodd and Clock King in an effort to destroy the world. Of course Batman tries to stop him, and when Music Meister orders the group of heroes to attack, they do so singing and dancing in harmony. Take a look:
