The next DLC for The Sims 4 is expected to be a game pack involving supernatural beings, vampires in particular. While there’s been no confirmation from anyone on the Sims creative team, players have been finding hints in hidden game files for months now. The latest find is a spotlight.package file that’s updated for the news and announcements menu. This confirms The Sims is gearing up for an announcement very soon.

Live the Immortal Life
Also this week, forum member Dreagen1 found a set of vampire teeth. Older clues include a new “death by sunlight,” bright red eyes, an occult powers panel, alternate forms (like alien disguises) and a variety of new vampire icons. However, the most exciting clue so far is a new walk style named “old and creepy.”
At this point, the largest question about the upcoming game pack is whether it will focus on vampires, or cover the broader supernatural world of sorcery and witchcraft. If The Sims 4 follows the example of The Sims 3: Supernatural, the pack could have witches, wizards, werewolves, vampires, zombies and fairies. Supernatural also added the ‘alchemy’ skill and a variety of mystical lifetime wishes.
