The Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are available at major U.S. carriers, in stores and online starting Friday. Here's some of the options to choose from, and what it will cost you to get one.

The Galaxy S7 will be available in black and gold at most retail locations, while the Galaxy S7 Edge will be available in black, gold and silver. Many carriers are also offering special deals with their Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge handsets.

The Galaxy S7 features a 5.1-inch Quad HD display, while the Galaxy S7 Edge has a 5.5-inch Quad HD dual-edge display. The handsets mostly feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip in the U.S., though our Verizon Galaxy S7 is running the Exynos 8890 chip. Both devices feature 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with microSD expansion up to 200GB, a 12-megapixel camera with f/1.7 aperture, a 5-megapixel front camera and a fingerprint scanner. The smartphones include 3,000mah and 3,600mAh batteries respectively, with fast charging and wireless charging. All of them run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. All phones in the S7 line also feature water resistance with an IP68 rating.

AT&T

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is selling at AT&T for $694.99 full price or for $0 down and $23.17 per month for 30 months with AT&T’s Next 24 program. AT&T also has other Next options, with shorter contact times but higher monthly charges.

AT&T is also offering a limited time buy-one-get-one-free deal for the Galaxy S7. The deal is valid only for equipment installment plans.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is selling at AT&T for $794.99 full price for $0 down and $26.50 per month for 30 months with AT&T’s Next 24 program. The Galaxy S7 Edge is also eligible for the buy-one-get-one-free deal.

Sprint

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is selling at Sprint for $649.99 full price or for $0 down and $25.99 per month for 24 months with Sprint’s Galaxy Forever program . With Galaxy Forever, subscribers have the option to continuously upgrade to a new Galaxy device after 12 months, with Sprint paying off the remainder of the handset cost if the device is returned in good, working condition.

Sprint also still offers a $199.99 two-year contract and a 24-month equipment installment plan.

Sprint is also offering a limited time buy-one-get-one-half-off deal, which is available for the Galaxy Forever pricing and Sprint’s equipment installment plan.

Sprint also still offers a $299.99 two-year contract and a 24-month equipment installment plan. The Galaxy S7 Edge is also eligible for the buy-one-get-one-half-off deal.

T-Mobile

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is selling at T-Mobile for $669.99 full price or for $0 down and $27.92 per month for 24 months under T-Mobile’s equipment installment plan.

T-Mobile is also offering a limited time buy-one-get-one-free deal for the Galaxy S7. The deal is valid only for equipment installment plans and subscribers must open at least one new line of service. Subscribers can also receive a prepaid MasterCard through a mail-in rebate when opting into this deal.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is available at T-Mobile for $779.99 full price or for $59.99 down and $30.00 per month for 24 months under T-Mobile’s equipment installment plan. The Galaxy S7 Edge is also eligible for the buy-one-get-one-free deal.

Verizon

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is selling at Verizon for $672.00 full price or for $0 down and $28.00 per month for 24 months under Verizon’s equipment installment.
