On Tuesday, we reported on a petition to bring the highly anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2 to PC. A PC version is starting to look even more likely now that Rockstar has announced the PS3 versions of Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare will make its way to the PlayStation Now streaming service, which allows you to stream classic PS3 titles on PS4 or PC.

The PS3 versions of Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare will be available via PlayStation Now on Tuesday Dec. 6. Having recently replayed Red Dead Redemption on PS3, there wouldn’t be a point per se but if you’re curious about the performance, look and feel this “quick fix” will have to do.

In case you’re not sure of what the PlayStation Now is, here’s a quick synopsis of the service and what it has to offer: PS Now allows you to stream hundreds of PS3 titles on the PS4, PC, PS Vita, PS T.V., select 2015 Sony T.V.’s, as well some Samsung smart T.V.’s.

PS Now is currently available in North America, the United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands. Check out the specs below of what it takes to stream and read more about the PS Now here. • Windows 7 (SP 1), 8.1 or 10
  • Core i3 2.0 GHz
  • 300 MB of available storage

However for optimal performance, the following specs are recommended:

  • Windows 7 (SP 1), 8.1 or 10
  • 3.5 GHz Intel Core i3 or 3.8 GHz AMD A10 or faster
  • 300 MB or more of available storage
  • 2 GB or more of RAM
  • Sound card; USB port

If you’re interested in trying out Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare on Dec. 6th, the PS Now service is being offered for a free 7-day trial period which thereafter you’ll have to upgrade to two plans should you enjoy using the service altogether.
