Rainbow Six Siege's LATAM League 2020 just concluded its twelfth playday and the results are here. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the matches have been held online. The LATAM League had some really exciting matches to watch this week, with all the matches played as a best of two format. We saw FaZe put up an impressive fight against INTZ on Villa, with the exact opposite happening on Oregon. Additionally, the second match between Black Dragons and W7M Gaming was really surprising as W7M Gaming were able to take both maps with ease.

For Playday 12, W7M Gaming impressed the viewers by destroying Black Dragons on both maps. The first map went 7-3 in the favor of W7M on Coastline, with W7M being super aggressive and not letting Black Dragons counter them. The second map was played out on Villa. Again, W7M took the map with ease with a score of 7-4. While both teams didn’t show anything too impressive in terms of tactics, they proved how frag heavy the LATAM region can get.

Another good match to watch was between FaZe and INTZ. The first map was played on Villa. It was very surprising to see INTZ take villa 7-5 over FaZe, as FaZe seem to be well versed with the map. The second map, however, went 7-5 in the favor of FaZe. Oregon is a super defender-sided map and FaZe was able to take three rounds in their attacks. The defense strategies from FaZe were played out really well and won them the game.

The final match between Furia and Santos was a very one-sided match. The first map was played on Villa, with Santos dominating 7-4. Santos only used default competitive strategies and still managed to gain the upper hand against Furia. The second map went 7-5 in favor of Santos. Kafe Dostoyevsky is a super defender-sided map and it favors the team with more time to execute. Santos was just running around and wasting the attacker’s time, leading to their victory.
