Following the Oct. 13 announcement for the next Pokken Tournament character, Scizor was revealed as the next playable character on a special stream of NicoNico.

Scizor will be the first Bug-type Pokémon in Pokken Tournament a nd like many other fighters, Scizor’s Burst will be the ability to Mega Evolve into Mega Scizor. Scizor will join Pokken Tournament arcades beginning Oct. 20.

There is no official trailer currently released but we will update the story when one does appear but in the meantime, take a look at the gameplay from NinEverything below.

Scizor is the second new character added to the original roster of Pokken Tournament. The Legendary Pokémon Darkrai was surprisingly added back in July and it and Scizor are currently only available in the arcade version. There is no announced plan to bring the new Pokémon to the Wii U version, although the code for them have been found within the game.
