Pokémon fans can now download the Mega Stones for Tyranitar, Manectric and Abomasnow for participating in the May online competition in Pokémon Sun and Moon.

Like the past Mega Stone prizes, trainers need to log in to their Pokémon Global Link accounts and follow this link to get the download code to receive the three Mega Stones for their Alola adventures.

If you can read your code, follow these steps to get your Mega Tyranitar, Mega Abomasnow and Mega Manectric into your Sun and Moon game.

Once you’ve received your account-specific code, just boot up your Pokémon Sun and Moon game and go to the MYSTERY GIFT tab. Select VIA CODE, input the code and all three Mega Stones will be sent to your game. Trainers need to use the special download code by July 30 or they will miss out.

If you have a Mystery Gift already unclaimed in your Sun or Moon game, you’ll need to receive it before you can input the code for Tyranitarite, Manectricite and Abomasnowite.

After the Mega Stones are sent to the game, just visit any PokeCenter and speak to the man in the orange and blue shirt. You’ll receive all three Mega Stones and they will be put into your bag.

Trainers who missed the registration date for the May International Challenge competition or the expiration date will likely have a second chance to download the three Mega Stones once The Pokémon Company releases a shared download code, similar to how they have re-distributed online competition Mega Stones like Beedrillite and Mawillite.

Sun and Moon players still have a chance to download the Mega Stones for Swampert, Blaziken and Sceptile if they participated in the April online competition , however, they only have until June 29 to download the mystery gift.

In the June 6 Pokémon Direct, Nintendo announced the sort-of sequel to Sun and Moon for a November release on the 3DS. Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will bring trainers back to the Alola Region with a new “alternate” storyline that will see new forms for Solgaleo and Lunala.

There’s also reportedly new Pokémon coming to Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, but that hasn’t been confirmed at the time of this writing.

Which of the three Mega Stones are you going to equip right away in Sun and Moon? What’s your battle strategies for each Mega Pokémon? Let us know in the comments section below.
